Yes — clings can be added to the windows or magnets on the body panels. To protect the paint, we don’t allow vinyls on any painted surface. Branding dimensions are available upon request.
We need a 17’×10’×10′ space for the bus and prop access, or 20’×20’×10′ with the lounge. The bus itself is 15′ long, 6′ wide, and 7′ tall. It must be parked on a hard, mostly level surface. We can park inside if your venue allows.
Absolutely. We’ll provide templates and will need the final design a week before the event for test prints. Or we can design the strips for you and send a proof for approval.
Yes — we carry a $2M occurrence / $4M aggregate policy. We can provide a certificate of insurance with your venue listed as additional insured.
No limit! We’re unique in that our booth is between the front seats, allowing more guests inside.
We require 8 amps on one dedicated outlet within 100 feet of the bus. The circuit should not be shared with other heavy loads (DJ, etc.). We bring extension cords and residue-free tape.
Yes. Our team stays for the full duration — assisting guests, managing reprints, and keeping props organized and sanitized.

A 50% deposit (refundable for a week) secures your booking. The remaining 50% is due a week before your event. We accept debit/credit, ACH, or check.
